Seven stages.
One accountable party.
Chain fit-out projects rarely fail on a single store. They fail when twenty stores sit across ten cities and the designer, the factory and the installer are each waiting on one another. We hold the whole chain in-house so accountability has nowhere to go.
The industry norm is subcontracting: the brand hires a design firm, the design firm finds a factory, the factory finds a local crew. Three parties, three prices, three schedules, three definitions of “complete”. When one slips, the blame lands on the next.
Three parties, fragmented accountability
- ×Designers don’t know the factory’s limits, so drawings can’t be built
- ×Fittings split across factories, causing batch colour and process variance
- ×Third-party logistics control when material arrives
- ×Casual local crews, quality varying by city
- ×Inspection carried out by the installer is not inspection
- ×When something fails, three parties point at each other while the programme slips
Seven stages, one accountable party
- ✓Designers and the factory align on process limits inside one system
- ✓All standard fittings produced in our own plant, never subcontracted
- ✓Distribution scheduled centrally and tied to the installation programme
- ✓600 in-house crews working to one set of method statements
- ✓Head office QA sits outside the installation chain and inspects to standard
- ✓When anything fails, there is one party to call
Each capability maps to a verifiable qualification, facility or headcount — not an adjective.
Design capabilityDesign
New-retail space design and detailed development of standard fittings. We take brand guidelines or an existing store format and produce drawings that go straight into manufacturing and installation — materials, processes and fixing details, not renders.
- Engineering Design Licence · building decoration, Class B
- In-house new-retail design centre
- Design and manufacturing align on process limits within one system
Manufacturing capabilityManufacturing
Core fittings are never outsourced. Fascias, illuminated lettering, PVC letters, timber cabinets, metal racking, counters, acrylic lightboxes and wayfinding are all produced in our own park, from one material batch and one process.
- 25,000 m² production park · 30,000 m² manufacturing and logistics base
- Six workshops: metalwork / joinery / signage / CNC / lightboxes / distribution
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Cost controlCosting
Costing up front. A full budget covering materials, manufacturing, logistics and labour is issued before work starts — one quotation, fewer hidden additions and fewer disputes later.
- Group estimating sits outside both sales and installation
- In-house manufacturing removes intermediary mark-up
- AAA corporate credit rating
Nationwide delivery networkNationwide
600 in-house crews cover the country, from tier-1 cities to county towns. On simultaneous multi-city openings every store is built by one system to one standard, rather than by whoever is available locally.
- 130,000+ stores delivered
- 1,500 professional staff
- Projects across tier-1, tier-2 cities and county towns
Multi-tier channel coverageMulti-level
From flagship stores to lower-tier standard formats, delivered to one inspection standard. Workmanship is not reduced for smaller cities, and the process is not shortened for smaller units.
- Automotive aftermarket / EV retail / food service / convenience
- Optical / laundry / cosmetics / sportswear / jewellery and watches
- Office fit-out and M&E and HVAC engineering
Standards and inspectionStandard
Head office sets the method statements and inspection standard. Before completion, QA checks every item against it and closes out snags before handover. QA sits outside the installation chain — inspection cannot be done by the party being inspected.
- ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety
- ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
- Work safety licences held separately by the group and the construction subsidiary
